MONETA does not receive or store card details; payments are processed by the licensed payment institution iyzico. No special categories of personal data are processed.
3. Collection method
Electronically, via website forms, the package builder, the client portal, email and phone.
4. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above: to iyzico for payments; to our e-invoice provider and accountant for invoicing; to competent public authorities when legally required; to our hosting and email providers. Where hosting, email or similar services are provided abroad, transfers rely on the safeguards in KVKK Art. 9, such as signed standard contracts notified to the Authority.
5. Retention
Contract and invoice records for the statutory periods (5 years under the Tax Procedure Law, 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code); unconcluded quote requests 2 years; security logs 1 year. Data is then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction, erasure or destruction and notification of these to recipients; object to adverse results from solely automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
In writing to the address above, by registered electronic mail (KEP), secure e-signature or mobile signature, or from the email address registered with us to info@monetatanitim.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days unless an additional cost arises under the Board’s tariff.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS); access is limited to authorised staff and logged; payment and integration keys are stored encrypted; invoice files are kept in a non-public area. Data breaches are notified to the Board and affected persons within the statutory periods.
9. Consent text for commercial messages
The separate, unticked box in order and contact forms covers: “I agree to receive commercial electronic messages by email about MONETA’s publications, newsletters, events and campaigns. I can withdraw this consent free of charge at any time via the link in each message or the Message Management System (İYS).” Not consenting does not prevent you from ordering.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults over 18; we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
11. Changes and complaints
When this notice changes, its version and date are updated. If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or not given in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board under KVKK Art. 14. Applications should state your name, Turkish ID number (or nationality and passport number), address, email/phone if any, and your request.
