Article 4 — Performance
After payment is confirmed, MONETA activates the publication rights in the Buyer’s client portal and publishes approved content on the planned dates. URLs are reported in the portal. Advertising content is labelled “Sponsored”.
Article 5 — Buyer’s obligations
The Buyer warrants that it holds the rights to the submitted content and that it is accurate and lawful, and is responsible for third-party claims arising from it.
Article 6 — Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without reasons. Services performed with the Buyer’s consent before the period ends are excluded. Buyer’s choice: [filled in with your order]. Refunds are made within 14 days of the notice, by the original payment method, in one payment and free of charge.
Article 7 — Personal data
Personal data is processed in line with the Privacy Notice.
Article 8 — Disputes
Consumer arbitration committees within the annual monetary limits (2026: TRY 186,000); above that, consumer courts after mandatory mediation.
Article 9 — Entry into force
The Buyer read and electronically accepted the Pre-contract Information Form and this contract on the order screen. The contract was concluded on [filled in with your order]; a copy is emailed to the Buyer and stored in the client portal.
