Questions we hear often
What is a publication right?
Publishing one article once on one site. The same article on three sites uses three rights.
Do unused rights expire at the end of the month?
No. In packages they carry over until the package ends. One-off purchases are valid for 12 months.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or "dofollow" links?
No. We do not promise rankings, indexing or link types; paid links are labelled as the rules require.
What if my content is rejected?
The editor first asks for changes. If content cannot be published for reasons on our side, the right is refunded.
How do I keep track of expiry dates?
Each right's expiry date is shown in the portal, and we email you 30 and 7 days before it expires.
