FOTEG Istanbul 2027 – Food Processing Technologies in Istanbul
FOTEG Istanbul 2027 (18th International Specialised Fair for Food Processing Technologies) will bring together food processing equipment suppliers with representatives and senior executives of the food production sector on 9–11 June 2027 at the Istanbul Expo Center. The fair is organised under the supervision of TOBB (the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye) within the scope of Law No. 5174.
Covering every link in food production, from food processing and process technologies to automation, from refrigeration and the cold chain to packaging and labelling, FOTEG Istanbul will be the meeting point for new technologies, products and collaborations for meat, dairy, bakery, beverage and confectionery producers.
